FREE COMPANY CONSULTATION
This is the opportunity to meet up with Tonia Briones and discuss what is the company view on how to help their employees. This can be a private setting, group classes, or a short introduction talk. Tonia can also offer taster chair massage, analysing alignment at the desk or analysing posture on site. This consultation is free of charge and takes about 45 minutes.
GROUP ALIGNMENT COACHING / GROUP MOBILITY CLASSES
This is one of the events that a company can choose to hire Tonia Briones for a group setting where alignment points are described and experienced via Restorative stretches, relaxation and breathing exercises. Ready to step into a class for 30minutes 45 min or 60 min feel refresh and ready to go again.
INDIVIDUAL ALIGNMENT COACHING
This is a private setting with Tonia Briones where the alignment of employees can be assessed. This is a great opportunity to understand why certain pains arise during work or at the end of the day and how to fix it. Specific Stretches are tailored to each individual following their capacity and priority.
